Nasqueron Dwellers

Iain (M.) Banks really thinks them up doesn't he? These guys, the Nasqueron Dwellers, from 'The Algebraist' have got to be the weirdest aliens ever. A double cartwheel with a cartiligenous band of flesh connecting them, and wee handies sticking out the side of the cartwheels. Shiiiit, that's totally freaky!!!!
